Get remote support in about two minutes
Our support team can look at your screen and help you directly. You only need a small program. It does not need to be installed and does not need administrator rights.
Our own tool — developed by Aloaha
The support program is Aloaha RDPLauncher (shown as Aloaha RDP System Tray), developed and published by Aloaha Limited. It is not a third-party remote-access service: the connection runs through our own meeting server, with no telemetry and no log files on your PC.

Download
Click the orange button above. The file RDPLauncher.zip is saved to your Downloads folder.

Unpack
Open the zip file (double-click it in Downloads) and click Extract all, then Extract. Any folder is fine.

Start
In the extracted folder, double-click Get Remote Help.
Alternatively double-click RDPLauncher.exe. A small icon appears next to the clock at the bottom right of your screen. Right-click it and choose Get Online Help.
If Windows asks whether you really want to run the program, confirm with Run.

Share your screen
Windows asks what you want to share. Keep Entire Screen selected and click Share.
Please share the entire screen, not a single window — otherwise we cannot help you.

Read us the number
A 10-digit help number appears at the top of the window, for example:
301 404 9694
Read this number to us on the phone. We join and can now see your screen and help you.
You stay in control
- While we are helping, a bar on your screen always shows who is controlling it.
- Click Stop or press Ctrl+Alt+F12 at any time to end the help immediately.
- When you close the window, the number stops working. Next time you get a new number.
Important for your safety
Only read the help number to someone you are talking to about your support request. Never give it to a caller you did not expect — even if they claim to be from Aloaha, Microsoft or your bank.
Afterwards
Nothing was installed. You can keep the folder for next time, or simply delete it.
